Rosy is a veteran in the aviation industry with 28 years of domestic and international experience in  air-ambulance, medical escort and the charter services providing leadership and coordinating medical flights worldwide. As Chief Operating Officer she is reasonable for Blue Sky’s day to day operations. She works closely with our office staff  making sure that each patient is being provided a cost-effective solution for your emergency air ambulance transportation needs. She is actively involved in the air medical transport community as a member of AAMS, USTIA, THIA, and ITIC.
